 Both apartment buildings are designed for the independent senior who desires

 the freedom of a carefree lifestyle with all the comforts of home. Although each

 building is unique in its own right, both are bright and cheery featuring many

 amenities. Some of these amenities like elevators, transportation for shopping

 and out trips, activities, parking and storage are provided to you at absolutely

 no extra cost. And of course, the beautiful view is free, too.

The Altenheim's senior living apartments are offered on a

 straight rental basis with no entrance fees required.
